🜄 WEEK ONE - WATER

In this week we're going to open up to our Emotions. I'm going to remind you how to be still and teach you what to do once you're there. We're going to sit on our hands, stop running away and finally face our emotions head on.

🜁 WEEK TWO - AIR In the second week we're going to focus on Restoring and Replenishing your energy levels. My guess is you're depleted, beyond drained and in an entirely new territory of burnout. I'm going to remind you how to breathe, and teach you how our breathing patterns get affected by tension so that you know how to reverse the effects of stress on your body. ‌‌‎ ‎

🜂 WEEK THREE - FIRE

In the third week we're going to focus on Protection & Power. We want to be vulnerable and we want to trust that we can protect our own vulnerability. I'm going to remind you of the passion & strength that exists within you and teach you about setting powerful boundaries with yourself and others so you can walk through the world knowing that no matter what you encounter you'll be able to protect yourself energetically while remaining open and available for massive amounts of love and support.
